- License Key & Phone Number: Required to activate your license. Your phone number is bound to your key to prevent sharing.
- Telegram API Credentials: Your API ID and API Hash from my.telegram.org. Used only to connect the bot to Telegram on your behalf. Never shared.
- Bot Configuration: Channel IDs, routing rules, output templates, and offset settings you configure.
- Signal Activity Logs: Records of signals received and posted, retained for up to 30 days.
- Groq API Key (optional): Used only to call the Groq AI API for signal format detection. Stored encrypted, never shared.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To validate your license and prevent unauthorized use
- To operate the signal reposting bot on your behalf
- To generate daily performance reports for your channels
- To send watchdog alerts to your Telegram user ID
- To improve and debug our services
3. Telegram Data
We connect to Telegram using your personal account credentials. We do not read, store, or transmit your personal messages, contacts, or data from any channels other than the source signal channels you explicitly configure.
Your Telegram session file is stored securely. For the SaaS version, session files are held on our EU-based private server with restricted access. We do not share session data with any third party.
4. Data Storage
Desktop App: All configuration data is stored locally on your Windows PC. We have no access to your local data.
SaaS App: Your configuration and session data is stored on our secured private server (EU). Access is restricted to authenticated users only.

- License data: retained while your subscription is active
- Signal logs: automatically deleted after 30 days
- Configuration data: retained until you request deletion
