These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Gold Signal Reposter ("the Service"), operated by MarketBuddyAI. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gold Signal Reposter in any form (Desktop App or SaaS), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gold Signal Reposter is a software tool that allows users to automatically repost Telegram trading signals from source channels to their own Telegram channels, with customizable price offsets, output formatting, and routing rules.

The Service is available in two forms:

Desktop App: A Windows application sold as a one-time purchase via Gumroad
SaaS App: A cloud-hosted web application available via monthly subscription

3. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service subject to these Terms.

You may:

Use the Service on one Telegram account per license key
Repost signals from channels you are legitimately subscribed to
Customize and brand the signals for your own channels

You may not:

Share, resell, or transfer your license key to another person
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
Use the Service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages
Use the Service in violation of Telegram's Terms of Service
Attempt to circumvent license validation mechanisms
Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

4. Financial Disclaimer

⚠️ Important: Gold Signal Reposter is a technical tool for automating message reposting. We do not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations. Past performance of any signal channel does not guarantee future results. Trading forex, gold, or any financial instrument carries significant risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

5. Subscription and Payments

Desktop App: One-time payment. License is valid indefinitely with no subscription fees. Updates within the same major version are free.
SaaS App: Monthly subscription. Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed by Gumroad. We do not store payment card information.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Refund Policy

Desktop App: We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase, provided the software has not been activated on a Telegram account. Once activated, refunds are at our discretion.

SaaS App: We offer a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your current month if you cancel within 3 days of a billing date. After 3 days, no refund is issued for the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketBuddyAI shall not be liable for:

Any trading losses incurred through use of this Service
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Interruption of service due to technical issues or Telegram API changes
Unauthorized access to your Telegram account or channels
Actions taken by Telegram against your account for violations of their ToS

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of the SaaS service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Attempt to abuse or exploit the Service
Violate Telegram's Terms of Service in a way that affects our operations

10. Intellectual Property

All software, code, designs, and documentation comprising Gold Signal Reposter are the intellectual property of MarketBuddyAI. You receive a license to use the Service, not ownership of any underlying intellectual property.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Telegram, Groq AI, and Gumroad. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or availability of third-party services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the application or email with 14 days notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
